Qwest phone offers a variety of service packages. You can get basic service and add long distance calling to it. You can also get more robust packages that include features such as call waiting, caller ID and call rejection. You might think that, with the number of services they make available, Qwest phone would be mighty expensive, but the packages start at around $12 and go up from there.

Qwest Unlimited: To order service through this website you must have Qwest local service. Cannot be used for business or internet access. Usage may be monitored and customer may be required to show compliance if usage exceeds 5,000 minutes/mo, or non-compliance indicated.

Qwest Long Distance: To order service through this website you must have Qwest local service.

Security Screen requires Caller ID subscription at a separate monthly charge and activation fee. The display unit shows listed name/number of the phone line your caller is using, when available. Not all numbers/names will be displayed, logged or blocked. Security Screen not compatible with Last Call Return or optional Custom Ringing service. Other limitations and restriction apply.

Service area will determine the maximum number of digits that can be programmed for the Call Forward number and whether or not an international number can be programmed. Additional long-distance/toll calls may apply.

Line-Backer, our inside wire repair plan covers repair to existing, working jacks and wiring, but not initial installation. At least one jack in your home must be working before the plan is effective.
Line-Backer does not cover trouble which exists prior to establishing telephone service or prior to establishing the plan.
